TABIBI ACADEMY

We care about providing you with the best services possible, and therefore we care about how we provide them and the team that provides them for you. As a result, the Tabibi Academy was created: an educational body and framework that aims to assure you always get hassle-free, consistent, top-notch medical assistance, from the best medical doctors, nurses, and caregivers available. 
 
Tabibi Academy was initiated under the umbrella of Primary Care International and undergoes its continuous supervision and guidance. Our grades run across all stages of our profession:
 
INDUCTION
1. Using a rigid filtration process. We make sure they understand and apply:

b. Bedside manners. 
c. Patient centricity.
2. Educating newcomers on how we do things. 
3. Being integrated:
a. Approaching every case in a holistic manner.

4. Adopting the understanding that we do not do encounter healthcare, we do long term relationships.
5. Learning how to maintain a long-term, never-ending relationship.
6. Teaching slow medicine. We give patients the time they need.

SHADOWING
1. Senior doctors shadowing newcomers to mentor them on how to be better doctors in terms of medical knowledge, dealing with patients and fostering a healthy doctor-patient relationship. 
2. Senior doctors fully offering their experience and expertise to younger doctors to help them reach their full potential. 
3. Establishing an ecosystem of mentorship.
4. Younger people mentoring senior members by inspiring curiosity and renewing their passion for medicine.
